• Petition form：

  • Full-time teachers who have served for more than 1 year.。

  • During the 3 years before the date of application, the applicant has not actually worked in the institution to which he/she applies for study for more than 1 consecutive year.

• Application Project：

  • Practical research (more than 30 days)：Conduct practical research in a company, corporate legal person or foundation legal person approved by the government. The reward is 40,000 yuan.

  • Course study (more than 12 hours)：Participate in professional courses, studies or workshops organized by government-approved companies, associations or foundations, but does not include seminars and license exams. The reward is 5,000 yuan.

• The calculation of study hours and days is based on the total time of a single session of study/research; if the course study is a series of courses or workshops, please attach relevant supporting documents (such as a series of course brochures) for cumulative recognition. • application time：

  • ​practice research：Applications must be submitted before the study, and the acceptance will be announced in February and September every year. Approved in April and the end of November each year.

  • course study：Please apply within one month after the teacher participates in the training.

  illustrate：

  • Each full-time teacher is limited to 1 reward per year, and a maximum of 3 rewards.

  • Practical research needs to be reviewed by the "Research and Development Committee" before participating in the internship, and the award will be approved and approved within one month after the completion of the internship. The head of the department (institute) must fill in the recommendation order in the application form. The number of recommended places for each department (institute) is limited to 20% of the number of full-time teachers in the department (institute) each time. The award will be approved after the case is closed.

  • For teachers who have received awards, the Research and Development Office will conduct effectiveness surveys one year after the award and two years after the award.
