1. Life Counseling
(a) Freshman adaptation
- Contacting freshmen and their parents to learn about the students' disability and special needs, help them to know the surrounding environment of the campus and access-free facilities in the campus and conduct orientation training for visually-impaired students.

Evaluating students' needs through phone calls or interviews.

Teachers & students meeting invitations, freshman handbooks of resource classroom and service application requirements will be sent forwardly.
(b) Life adaptation

Evaluating students' adaptation conditions, match-making assistants or other resources, and providing necessary services such as meal delivery service, assistive wearing, medication management, and vehicle passes.

Applying transportation allowance for those who can't travel on their own.

Sending feedbacks from disabled students related to the usage of school facilities for reference.

Conducting access-free promotion activities, special education, and class advocacy.

2. Academic Counseling
(a) Tutoring
Students can make an application for tutoring services due to learning difficulties, following the procedures of resources classroom tutoring application, match-matching of tutors will be made and related assistance will be provided.
(b) Learning Assistance
Students can apply for various kinds of academic assistance due to their learning needs, such as reading, class assistance, note-taking, and typing by listening.
(c) Examination assistance
Special examination rooms are provided upon application according to student's disabilities.
(d) Conversion of teaching materials
Evaluating student needs, producing braille materials, enlarged font materials, audiobooks, and employing sign language translators.
(e) Assistance services
The resource classroom, in conjunction with various assistive centers, assist students in learning assistive device assessment, application, and follow-up management & maintenance.
3. Psychological counseling
(a) Case counseling
The resource classroom actively listens to, understands and cares for the psychological and emotional distress of the students, and accompanies students through talks and group counseling.
(b) Referral counseling resources
The psychological needs of the students are referred to psychological counseling or psychological tests.
4. Transition Counseling
(a) Career exploration and resource referral

Career-related psychological tests and analysis are referred to help students plan their studies or career paths.

Special education students with the willingness to work will be referred to Ministry of Labour for occupational assessment according to their learning records, behavior observations and interview results. Assisting the physically and mentally handicapped through assessment tools to understand their occupational potential, interests, skills, job personality, physiological conditions, and the required auxiliary equipment, etc to provide specific employment advice.
(b) Transition adaptation activities

Transition forums will be held, and labor administrative units will be invited over to explain the employment services and labor rights of the disabled.

Employment preparation courses, lectures on inheritance or off-campus visits are conducted to improve social adaptation and career preparation.
(c)Transition notification
Gathering the complete information of freshmen before admission or transfer students and filling to get prepared for enrollment. Detailed transition information of graduates is provided for follow-up assistance such as social affairs, labor administration and education.
